The Pantry Cafe & Walled Garden is an award winning cafe located on Main Street in Portlaoise.  The Pantry is committed to only serving the best coffee and local food available in Laois. All food is made and baked in the cafe. Their commitment to providing excellent service with a large dollop of personality creates the friendly neighbourhood atmosphere that The Pantry has become known for. Nestled at the back of The Pantry, you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre to the zen like calm of our hidden walled garden

Local ingredients are used wherever possible and in February 2020, we were honoured to be the very first business to receive a certificate from the “Laois TASTE” Provenance Scheme – an initiative which acknowledges businesses that are deeply committed to supporting local (Laois) based food producers and using their quality produce on our menus.
